On Thursday, Keurig Dr. Pepper announced that its Chief Executive Officer, Ozan Dokmecioglu, had reached an agreement to step down owing to several breaches of the company’s code of conduct.
The beverage manufacturer said in a statement that the violations were not connected to the company’s strategy, operations, or financial reporting. Bob Gamgort, who had previously served in that capacity and is now the business’s executive chairman, was given the role of chief executive again by the corporation. At the end of July, Gamgort handed over the firm’s leadership to Ozan Dokmecioglu, who has been with the company since. In addition to that, he will go on to serve as chairman.
Gamgort said that KDP had “a deep and skilled executive staff.” “In the capacity that I had until a little less than four months ago, I am looking forward to continuing to collaborate with the executive team and the Board.”
Ozan Dokmecioglu served as the company’s chief financial officer before being promoted to his current position as CEO of Keurig Dr. Pepper.
